Job Summary
As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Job responsibilities  
 
  • Process and validate tasks, investigating and resolving breaks in accordance with established work practices and procedures.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal transfer agency teams—including fund implementation, trade processing, settlements, cash processing, and account opening—to process transactions and resolve exceptions promptly.
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of risk management, managing issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds for resolution.
  • Ensure all day-to-day queries are handled within required timelines, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Attend and drive internal onshore partner meetings, typically via conference call, to consistently meet or exceed expectations and ensure resolution of follow-up items.
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills  
     
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in transfer agency, reconciliation, trades and settlements, KYC/AML, or possess strong financial markets product knowledge.
  • Utilize KYC and AML software and tools effectively.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to assess customer data and identify potential risks.
  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Communicate excellently with clients and internal teams.
  • Build and manage strong relationships and partnerships with a wide array of constituents, leveraging influence to promote positive change.
  • Join the operations team that is driving the success of both the client and JPMorganChase in the Fund Services organization.
