Join our Global Banking (GB) Impact Banking & Advisory Business Management Team, where we help strengthen local and diverse businesses, expand affordable housing, and support vital institutions such as hospitals and universities.  We work everyday to create change that will drive progress for generations. As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing business performance and driving key initiatives in a dynamic, high-profile role. The GB Impact Banking & Advisory Business Management Associate will support the Impact Banking & Advisory Business Management team in driving business strategy and growth, optimizing business performance, managing business risks, managing employee engagement and volunteerism efforts, executing on business initiatives, including our American Dream initiative, conducting market research and client segmentation exercises, providing business intelligence, insights and analytics, and preparing executive messaging for business reviews and other forums. This is a time-pressured, high-profile position that is instrumental in assisting senior management. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience and Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Superior strategic and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas simply in PowerPoint slides
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong drive for results
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Ability to manage business risks effectively
  • Ability to define, influence and deliver strategic agendas across multiple groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Experience with sales enablement/client relationship management tools and best practices

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Practical fluency with AI-enabled productivity tools to accelerate research, writing, analysis, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong judgment in applying AIknowing when to use AI vs. manual analysis, and validating outputs for accuracy, completeness, tone, and audience fit
