Full Job Description

Location: Argentina

As an Analyst within FICC Transformation in Buenos Aires, you will support delivery across multiple complex projects and programs.

The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders to help define requirements and expected outcomes, support planning and tracking of deliverables, and coordinate with technology partners to progress solutions. The role partners with Business, Middle/Back Office, Legal & Compliance, Audit, Technology, and Controls teams. The candidate should be comfortable operating with guidance from senior team members while taking ownership of assigned workstreams and deliverables. This role provides broad exposure across the Markets business and opportunities to develop transformation, delivery, and stakeholder-management skills.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support project and change delivery across transformation initiatives (planning, tracking, governance, and execution support).
  • Support working group routines: draft agendas, prepare materials, capture minutes, maintain action logs, and monitor ownership/dates.
  • Produce clear status reporting (written and verbal), maintain project trackers, and support weekly scorecards and KPI/OKR updates where applicable.
  • Assist with risk and dependency management, including documenting risks/issues and escalating blockers through appropriate channels.
  • Contribute to requirements definition and testing readiness (e.g., documenting requirements, supporting UAT planning and success criteria).

 

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Experience (or strong interest) in project delivery, business analysis, or transformation work within financial services.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines reliably.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize complex topics clearly for different audiences.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across stakeholder groups and functions.
  • Comfortable working across regions and time zones; proactive, accountable, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills; willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions constructively.

     

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with delivery frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile concepts, RAID logs, OKRs, Jira/Confluence, Excel/PowerPoint) is a plus.
