As an Executive Assistant in the Wealth Management Hong Kong China team, you will support client advisors and stakeholders with confidentiality and proactive engagement. You will coordinate travel, manage expenses, and oversee staff onboarding, ensuring smooth operations. Job responsibilities
- Support client advisors and stakeholders confidentially and proactively
- Coordinate business travel and event logistics
- Manage expenses, seasonal gifts, invoices, candidate interviews, and claims
- Book meeting rooms, order supplies, handle mail, and phone inquiries
- Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding
- Provide additional support as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, handling pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
