As a Firmwide EMEA Chief Data Office Delivery Lead in the Chief Data & Analytics Office, you will drive the adoption of our data management strategy across EMEA. You will ensure data policies, governance, and standards are consistently applied across all lines of business and legal entities. You will collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver on key programs and regulatory requirements. Your work will help foster a strong data culture and support the firm’s commitment to data quality and security.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Firmwide Chief Data Office colleagues to deliver EMEA regional data office program dependencies
- Coordinate programs such as Legal Regulatory Change Management, Data Tiering, Data Resiliency, Data Commercialisation, and external data optimization and safeguarding
- Lead regulatory-specific projects required by EMEA jurisdictions and legal entity regulations
- Promote and enhance data culture awareness across the franchise
- Collaborate with EMEA CDO colleagues to define the data agenda and strategy in line with global policies and local regulations
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Government Relations, Technology, and Cybersecurity teams to monitor data-related regulatory initiatives and their impact
- Foster strong relationships across lines of business and functions to support data initiatives
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- Experience in finance or operations within leading financial institutions
- Understanding of data flows and data controls
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various management levels
- Ability to work effectively with a wide range of business lines and functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High motivation with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including PitchPro)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with flexibility to engage diverse teams
