As an Associate in Digital Markets Business Management, you will partner with business leaders and stakeholders to drive key initiatives across the CIB Core Data pillar. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that shape the future of our Markets, Payments, Banking, and Securities Services businesses. You will leverage your technical and quantitative skills to solve problems, support decision making, and help us deliver commercial outcomes. You will thrive in a collaborative culture that values innovation, resilience, and growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of CIB Core, driving strategic initiatives across Markets, Payments, Banking, and Securities Services.
  • Coordinate origination, syndication, and implementation of business strategies within the CIB Core Data domain.
  • Develop and drive product strategies, implementation, and KPI frameworks to measure delivery and outcomes.
  • Support global data product teams with strategic analysis, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and business reviews.
  • Drive a robust and scalable global location strategy for expanding businesses.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Markets, Payments, Banking, and Securities Services.
  • Manage business risk and execute new initiatives by aligning with Product, Finance, Business Management, Tech, Ops, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Business Management to ensure consistency and best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Business Management, Finance, Technology, or Strategy roles covering Banking, Markets, Payments, or Securities Services.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leaders.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure with an energetic approach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills across diverse business functions.
  • Deep specialization in a relevant area.
  • Broad understanding of Markets, Payments, Banking, and Securities Services systems and workflows.
  • Knowledge of client relationship management systems.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and facilitate decision making using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated credibility in managing a business, function, or team.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in financial services.
  • Familiarity with data governance and regulatory requirements.
