Job Summary

As a Data Operations Associate in MART, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing MIS reports, with a primary focus on using Tableau and Alteryx for data visualization and process automation. You will build relationships and communicate with internal teams for project management, including planning, setting communication channels, understanding requirements, preparing BRDs, conducting UAT testing, and providing regular updates to management. Your analytical skills will support the development of metrics reporting, enabling Operations Management to execute strategic objectives and ensure conformance with all controls, policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare client-specific MIS reports on various frequencies, including daily reporting, using Tableau and Alteryx as primary tools.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows to automate and visualize data processes.
• Manage projects to understand and meet client expectations, including gathering requirements, testing, and supporting production go-live.
• Deliver ad-hoc data requests, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability, with a focus on automation and visualization through Tableau and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical and data specifications.
• Analyze and evaluate information and processes for reporting purposes, leveraging Tableau dashboards and Alteryx workflows.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Alteryx for data visualization and process automation (mandatory).

   

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience and experience in MIS reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
• Business analysis experience, including gathering requirements, user acceptance testing, and planning.
• Team player with the ability to work productively within a group.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Demonstrated independent problem-solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex analytical/data-driven problems, especially using Tableau and Alteryx.
• Experience with QlikSense/QlikView is a plus.
