The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning April 20, 2026 and ending July 31, 2026  with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JPMorganChase at the end of the program. The  permanent placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set.

Job Summary: 

As a Data Management Associate within the WKO Data Management Team, you will support the delivery of robust data management solutions for KYC LOB stakeholders. You will collaborate with senior team members to ensure data quality, support data exploration, and contribute to the development of analytical solutions. Your role involves performing data analysis using SQL and other tools to meet business requirements and data management initiatives. You will utilize data transformation tools, preferably Alteryx, to clean, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analytics. Supporting database operations, including querying, updating, and basic administration, is part of your responsibilities. You will apply Python scripts for data manipulation, automation, and exploratory analysis. Assisting in translating business requirements into actionable data deliverables is expected. You will document data mappings, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Generating and maintaining reports from multiple data sources to support business insights is also part of your duties. Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), AI concepts, or prompt engineering is a must, and familiarity with AML and KYC processes and requirements is beneficial.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Perform data analysis using SQL and other tools to support business requirements and data management initiatives.
  • Utilize data transformation tools (preferably Alteryx) to clean, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analytics.
  • Support database operations, including querying, updating, and basic administration

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

 

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or related roles with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with Alteryx or similar data transformation tools.
  • Apply knowledge of database concepts, operations, and LLM/AI/prompt engineering.
  • Understand KYC, AML, or client reference data processes and ensure high data quality.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and collaborate well within teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities independently, showing attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies.
