Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with business units to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to support business initiatives and improve performance.
- Present insights and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality checks.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics or related field
- Previous experience in financial services industry and/or wealth management a plus
