As a Credit Platform Services Analyst within Private Banking Operations, you will support Private Banking Operations through excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Our teams - Deal Specialist, Collateral Monitoring, and Credit Reporting & Covenant Monitoring - work together to deliver seamless credit services, uphold the highest standards of compliance, and drive process improvements.
Job responsibilities:
- Draft and validate credit documentation in partnership with Legal, Lending Solutions, and Credit Risk Executives
- Monitor collateral values, credit exposure, and ensure compliance with authorized limits
- Set up and monitor credit covenants and client-specific conditions, escalating breaches as needed
- Process loan drawdowns, asset transfers, and approve payments in line with Credit Policy
- Produce regular, ad-hoc, and regulatory reporting, delivering actionable insights to Senior Management
- Drive process improvement, automation, and participate in strategic projects
- Maintain up-to-date procedures and build strong partnerships across teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience in private banking, credit products, or related fields
- Full working proficiency in English
- Proactive, responsive team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Individuals with strong commitment, integrity, and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Qlik, and/or VBA
- Aptitude for working with data, digesting information, and developing innovative solutions
- Passion for process efficiency, control, and continuous improvement
Preferrable qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Fluent Spanish is a plus
