Join a team shaping the firms approach to AI and data policy across a rapidly evolving global regulatory landscape. In this role, you will support stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and thought leadership through strong research, analysis, and project execution. You will work closely with partners across corporate responsibility, government relations, and data and analytics leadership. This position offers meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities to contribute to high-impact initiatives. As an Associate in the AI and Data Policy team, you will support the development and execution of a firmwide approach to AI and data policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership. You will partner with colleagues across corporate responsibility, government relations, and the chief data and analytics organization to help ensure alignment with broader objectives and strategies. You will conduct research and analysis on policy and regulatory developments and help translate insights into clear, actionable materials. You will manage workstreams and help coordinate inputs across stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs on time. You will support internal- and external-facing projects and engagements that advance the teams priorities.The role reports to the Head of Global AI and Data Policy and supports a range of strategic, operational, and project needs across the team. Responsibilities include supporting senior leadership with briefing materials and ensuring appropriate updates on progress and deliverables. The role requires comfort operating independently, managing multiple priorities, and producing polished written and presentation materials.
