As a Business Management Associate within Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization supporting the Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) Governance & Business Management team, you will support the Business Manager in managing key priorities, reporting, and project management to advance the CCB agenda. You will also support the governance and reporting agenda for CCB senior management, including preparing and owning weekly management reporting; monthly Risk & Control Committee escalation reporting; headcount forecasting and reconciliation; monthly T&E reporting; and ad hoc senior management reporting, data management, and communications.
You will work closely with the central CCOR reporting team, global Business Management partners, and CCB stakeholders, and you will report to the Head of CCB CCOR Business Management.
Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) maintains the end-to-end risk management of CCOR activities and oversees the execution of the CCOR Management Framework associated with second line of defense responsibilities for this Line of Business.
Job Responsibilities
- Own weekly management reporting and liaising with LOBs and regions for CCB-related matters
- Responsible for preparing the monthly Risk & Control Committee deck and slides for regulatory meetings
- Assist with organizational charts, headcount reporting, forecasting, and budget reconciliation
- Assist with maintaining CCB CCOR intranet site
- Help coordinate communications and events for CCO, including Town Halls, organizational announcements
Manage ad hoc business management requests, including: location and space management
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- A strong team player who enjoys taking on new challenges with mature relationship-building and influencing abilities to engage stakeholders from other functions
- Strong written communications and ability to edit information accurately and succinctly for senior management
- Strong business analysis skills to enable efficient, accurate and objective decision making
- Candidate needs to be comfortable working and partnering with people at all levels and across all functional areas
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, including situations where information is limited or incomplete
- Knowledge and awareness of the compliance and regulatory landscape
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Relevant experience/knowledge of AI tools; knowledge of Power Platform a plus
