Join our team in the Philippines as a Compensation Associate and bring your strong analytical skills and attention to detail to a dynamic, growth-focused environment. You will support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives.

You will be required to demonstrate strong business acumen, advanced spreadsheet skills, and the ability to partner effectively with local HR Business Advisors (HRBA), recruitment teams, and global stakeholders.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze internal and external market data to support compensation benchmarking and recommendations.
  • Support the end-to-end annual compensation planning, analysis/modelling, and reporting process for the location
  • Administer and review compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Maintain complex compensation models and reports using advanced spreadsheet functions.
  • Maintain a cost discipline (e.g. through vendor contract negotiations and budgeting process) and a strong focus on risk management
  • Collaborate with local HRBAs, recruitment, and global compensation partners to deliver consistent and competitive compensation solutions.
  • Assist in the development, communication, and rollout of benefits initiatives to employees.
  • Provide clear communication and guidance to HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits policies and practices.
  • Support vendor management activities, including tracking invoices, coordinating with external partners, and managing related accountabilities.

 

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:   

  • Ability to read, analyze, and clearly communicate financial data and reports.
  • Proven experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
  • Amenable to working in BGC and following the mid shift schedule.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:   

  • Experience partnering with business advisors, recruitment, and global teams is preferred.
