As a Communications Senior Associate in our Technology team, you will provide direct communications support and act as a trusted advisor to one or more Heads of Technology. You will create and deliver strategic communications plans, develop targeted messaging, and organize key employee and leadership meetings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and foster employee engagement.
Job Responsibilities
Provide direct communications support and act as a trusted advisor to Technology leaders, creating and delivering strategic communications plansWrite targeted communications including executive messages, business updates, technology success stories, people-related communications, and organization announcementsDevelop and deliver content and messaging for employees via intranet, email, collateral, video, talking points, articles, blogs, town halls, and social mediaOrganize key employee and senior leadership meetings, including town halls, offsites, small group sessions, and site visitsPrepare and send targeted emails and surveysIdentify and track key performance metrics to report on resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with business objectivesManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing and coordinating against tight deadlinesMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive mattersDemonstrate flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as neededRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of internal and corporate communications experience, including hands-on writing, editing, project management, and presentation buildingDemonstrated success developing executive-level messages and providing communications counsel to senior managementStrong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levelsStrong project management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projectsSelf-motivated team player, able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh level of independence, energy, and integrity; demonstrates respect for diverse opinions and stylesAbility to handle sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgmentInterest in working in fast-paced, matrixed environmentsMust provide writing samples and complete a written test as part of the application processPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience in technology or financial servicesExperience working in multinational organizationsCommitment to accuracy and complianceProven ability to drive process improvementsDemonstrated leadership in employee engagement or communications strategyFamiliarity with digital content creation and distribution platformsExpertise in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; additional software skills (Adobe, Acrobat Professional, Photoshop, HTML) Deliver strategic communications and content for Technology leaders, supporting business objectives and employee engagement.
