As an FX Option Trader within our Global FX Options team, you will play a crucial role in market-making, risk management, and client engagement across Asia. As a Executive Director in our Global FX Options team, you will be responsible for providing liquidity to our global client franchise, including hedge funds, banks, asset managers, and corporates. You will manage risk exposures, develop trading strategies, and partner with sales teams to deliver value to our clients. Your role will also involve mentoring junior traders and contributing to the global team's success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide liquidity to the global client franchise, including hedge funds, banks, asset managers, and corporates.
• Monitor and manage risk exposures, applying best-in-class risk disciplines and practices.
• Formulate, review, and execute macro trading strategies in partnership with FXO traders globally.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and provide trade ideas and hedging solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior traders through active tutelage and guidance.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Economics, Mathematics or a related field
• 7 years of FX options trading experience with an investment bank.
• Proven track record of successful market-making and client engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with trading concepts.
• Deep knowledge of option theory and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for horizontal and vertical interactions.

• Experience trading EM FX options and exotic products
