Job Summary
 
As an Associate in Client Onboarding and Services, you coordinate endtoend technical product implementation activities across clients and internal teams. You partner with business, technology, and client stakeholders to perform setup, testing, and production migration. You manage multiple concurrent requests while ensuring quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and client satisfaction.
 
Job Responsibilities
  • Exhibit ownership and accountability for client satisfaction
  • Manage timelines, documentation, and clear expectation setting
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and sound decision making
  • Adhere strictly to policies, procedures, and SLAs
  • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Record observations and escalate risks where necessary
  • Identify gaps or exceptions and recommend effective solutions
  • Manage multiple implementation requests through strong project coordination
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Support client and internal teams during product setup and testing
 
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Apply excellent logical, analytical, and attentiontodetail capabilities
  • Manage multiple work requests with effective time management
  • Perform mainframe testing and file validation activities
  • Understand ISO 20022, EDI, and XML message formats
  • Execute system, regression, and UAT testing effectively
  • Hold an engineering degree with minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or treasury implementations
 
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Understand US and Canada treasury products
  • Apply handson knowledge of ISO, X12, or BAI2 file formats
  • Utilize UI Path or other RPA tools for workflow automation
  • Collaborate effectively with global client technology teams
  • Adapt comfortably to highvolume implementation environments
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support evening or night shifts
  • Strengthen delivery outcomes through continuous process improvement
