As a Client Service Associate in the Wealth Management - International Private Banking team, you play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring seamless execution of payment instructions and transactions. You will work closely with internal partners and clients to resolve inquiries, provide guidance, and deliver high-quality service. We value your expertise and commitment to building strong relationships and driving results. Together, we create a positive impact for our clients and our team.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Initiate and relay payment instructions for clients
  • Research and resolve client issues through effective communication
  • Guide and direct client service associates to deliver high-quality service
  • Manage daily work volumes and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Understand and comply with regulations related to products and services
  • Participate in recruiting efforts and enhance team performance
  • Share insights in weekly and monthly meetings to drive team success
  • Provide direction during HR matters, including disciplinary actions
  • Evaluate team performance using key metrics and provide feedback
  • Drive successful implementation and maintenance of firm controls and procedures
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and engagement activities
  • Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • College graduate with at least 3 years of experience in financial products, payment movement, or investigations
  • Experience in payment investigations and money movement
  • Ability to resolve client issues and provide guidance to team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Efficiently use technology to capture and fulfill client requests
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and procedures
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
