Location: Metro Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? 

 

 

As the Client Ops Associate I in Billing Operations Data Management, you are responsible in processing and complete assigned set of feeds within expected SLA.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Process and complete assigned set of feeds within expected SLA 

  • Ensure proper coordination amongst Billing functions to get invoices produced and delivered within SLA 

  • Escalate timely and work closely with your manager for anything that may result to an escalation or anything that is foreseen to result as one. This is to ensure that appropriate controls and stakeholder management take place as the issue progresses through resolution. 

  • Participate or lead process improvement initiatives aimed to reduce manual process or for improvement of client experience 

  • Partner effectively with Risk Management to ensure adequate risk mitigation strategies are in place and followed

  • Assist your manager for any BAU-related metrics reporting 

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • 4+ years of finance operations and reconciliations experience 

  • Knowledge and background in Securities Services

  • Able to prioritize and respond to changing work patterns.  

  • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities while possessing a mindset of accuracy and attention to detail.  

  • Embraces corporate change and possesses a flexible approach to work. 

  • Ability to understand end-to-end process and associated details 

  • Must be fluent in English language:  Verbal, written, and conversational 

 

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience in Billing Operations would be considered a plus.  

 

 

Shift Schedule: 9am-6pm PHT but may rotate as needed
