As a Client Operations Analyst in Asset Wealth Management Team, youll be at the heart of that workpartnering with bankers and teams across finance, technology, compliance, and operations on a global platform. Designed for earlycareer talent, this role offers real responsibility from day one, handson learning, and exposure to how Private Banking works end to end. Youll help deliver client requests, manage operational processes, and support highquality, compliant outcomes in a fastmoving, collaborative environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with bankers and partners across legal, technology, and change teams, communicating clearly and confidently in a collaborative, inclusive environment. 
  • Execute client activity endtoend with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client experience, anticipating needs and coordinating seamless delivery. 
  • Spot opportunities to simplify and improve processes, contributing ideas that reduce friction and make a real difference for clients and colleagues. 
  • Take ownership of your developmentsetting goals, seeking feedback, and building new skillswhile contributing positively to team culture and diversity & inclusion. 
  • Apply sound judgement and uphold the highest standards of integrity, handling sensitive information with discretion and care. 
  • Operate with strong risk discipline by following policies, staying current with regulation, and supporting a robust control environment. 
  • Escalate issues promptly and professionally to help identify risks early and protect client trust.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a natural instinct for accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with organization, accountability, and resilience.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal), with the confidence to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities , and skills

  • Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is beneficial but not essential.
  • Interest in, or exposure to, process improvement or project delivery (formal experience welcomed but not required).
