As a Product Management Professional within our Global Banking team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. You will serve as the customer advocate, gaining a deep understanding of end user needs and relaying valuable feedback to Product, Design, and Engineer teams. Collaborating with your team, you guide and support software engineers in designing and delivering impactful solutions for front-office, operations, and finance stakeholders. Your responsibilities include working across functions—partnering with Data, Architecture, Engineering, Design teams, along with Corporate and other internal functions—to accelerate the development of high-value business solutions, including the integration of AI technologies where appropriate. You will use your strong communication and stakeholder management skills to foster strong relationships with these partners and drive the achievement of key priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmaps to deliver customer value and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee platform operations to maintain high service levels and operational excellence.
  • Define OKRs and assess KPIs, taking ownership of reliability and performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing metrics and providing actionable insights.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring robust controls and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to resolve and prevent issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Partner with controls, finance, compliance, legal, and technology teams to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Drive enhancements, change, and new feature delivery for customer and tech-driven initiatives.
  • Support go-to-market teams for operational readiness and product launches.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Possess 6 years of product management experience, including business analysis and solutioning.
  • Demonstrate experience within a Tier 1 bank in investment or corporate banking.
  • Show a track record in managing product development, change programs, and BAU operations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Lead complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams across time zones.
  • Adapt to working on various products and functions with emerging technologies.
  • Display intellectual curiosity and a drive for results.
  • Demonstrate technical fluency with engineering, data, and architecture teams.
  • Work knowledgeably with JIRA, ticket writing, and engineering team management.
  • Understand banking operations, billing, and finance systems.
  • Apply strong analytical skills using data and reporting tools for decision-making.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills :

  • Experience in investment banking, corporate banking, or operations.
  • Working knowledge of AI concepts and willingness to leverage technology.
