Join the team that makes every Chase Card campaign shine! As a Business UAT Analyst, youll be the quality champion behind the scenes, ensuring our marketing messages wow customerswhether they land in a mailbox or pop up online.

As a Campaign Testing Analyst 1 (Associate)- Spanish in Consumer & Community Banking within Card marketing validation team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Spanish and English test scenarios, test plans, and test cases used for testing within Card marketing validation team, and you will collaborate closely with us to ensure high-quality, compliant marketing campaigns such as direct mail, online ads, emails, and microsites, to ensure both individual asset quality and overall campaign quality before they reach Chase Card customers. This position is part of Card Services, a key business within Chases Consumer & Community Banking group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The role will collaborate with Card Marketing, Marketing Channel Execution, and Card Legal, Compliance, and Controls teams to deliver marketing materials that are accurate, compliant, and consistently functional for customers and prospects. Card Marketing Validation is a critical component of the campaign lifecycle, ensuring streamlined processes for marketers, optimized resource efficiency, fulfillment of customer commitments, and ongoing regulatory compliance. This role will lead the development of testing strategies, including creating testing plans and scenarios, preparing test cases, executing testing, and reviewing results to support final campaign manager sign-off. Strong independent judgment is required to analyze business requirements and system specifications, prioritize testing activities for configuration changes, execute test plans and scripts to support complex testing efforts, and provide clear technical guidance on defects to business stakeholders, business analysts, and IT. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, self-directed, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

     

  • Interact with campaign management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project/campaign and testing objectives
  • Develop and lead the test strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform testing cycles both manual and using automation
  • Review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation job aids/procedures to assure quality of the test suites to be developed
  • Work with appropriate business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance
  • Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used
  • Creation & maintenance of the job aids & procedures associated with the testing standards and used by Card marketing validation team 
  • Support during production deployment of campaigns and perform validation testing during the off-hours/weekend release windows
  • Have a keen eye to identify process gaps and lean down processes

 

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Candidate should be well versed with Spanish both written as well as verbal, should have completed advanced level Spanish certifications (C1/C2)
  • 4+ years of experience in E2E campaign testing across emails, Direct mail, microsites with strong collaboration, project management skills
  • Experience in campaign processes and ability to understand various channels of communications to customers with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Experience in execution of automated test suites with hands on experience in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models
  • Knowledge & experience on JIRA tool with data extraction and data driven insights for process efficiencies

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously .Excellent verbal and written communication skills to co-ordinate effectively with partners, project & testing teams and bridge the communication gaps. The candidate must possess excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication , project and time management skills while being extremely detail oriented
