As a Business Control Management Senior Analyst in the E-Trading, Digital Markets, and QR businesses, you will ensure a robust end-to-end control environment by identifying and escalating issues, partnering with the business for remediation, and supporting risk analysis and control execution. You will be part of a team that values proactive risk management, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end analysis of operational errors and the control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses, and determine root causes
  • Partner with your team to ensure controls are properly designed and operating effectively, fostering a proactive risk and control culture
  • Assist in control evaluation and testing, ensuring evaluation scripts are detailed, performing assessments for design and operational effectiveness, and documenting results
  • Manage the full lifecycle of operational errors by capturing details, tracking progress, and closing issues with appropriate evidence
  • Support meeting administration, including production and distribution of materials, quality review of data, managing meeting invites, and tracking action items to closure
  • Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of relevant internship or business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in financial services, controls, audit, quality assurance, operational risk management, or compliance
  • Familiarity with analytical and visualization software such as Alteryx, Tableau, or Python
  • Experience in meeting administration and documentation
