You are a strategic thinker passionate about promoting solutions in financial analysisand youve found the right team. As a Financial Analysis Professional, you will help define, refine, and deliver key goals for our firm as part of the CBB Finance team in Bengaluru, which supports the Business and Consumer Banking segment with Financial Reporting, Planning, and Analysis services for Finance and Business Management leaders and field finance teams. In this Analyst role within Deposit Product and Segment Finance, you will own end-to-end financial planning and analysis for the deposit products non-interest revenue line.

As a Financial Analysis Professional in the Business Banking segment, you will play a key role by delivering financial reporting, planning, and analysis services. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting revenue line items, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with corporate timelines. The role involves assisting with regulatory submissions such as CCAR, Stress Testing, and Resolution and Recovery, as well as creating and maintaining multi-year financial performance assessments to evaluate the impact of strategic decisions on the P&L.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Analysis experience an advantage. Experience in retail finance or banking is a big plus

Support Budgeting and forecasting processes for revenue line items as per corporate timelines and continuously work on improving and maintaining high degree of forecast accuracy

Support regulatory submissions relating to CCAR, ICAAP, Stress Testing, Resolution and Recovery

Create, maintain, and enhance multi-year financial performance for the business, assessing the impact of strategic decisions and trade-offs on the P&L

Develop strong understanding of various products offered by the Bank and the related revenue drivers

Collaborate effectively with finance, business, marketing and technology teams

Present results and recommendations clearly and concisely to senior leaders in the organization

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in using Data extraction and Data analysis tools like SQL or Python

Minimum 1 year experience in Financial planning and analytics role and should have worked on Banking products

Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and AI tools (LLM and Copilot)

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx and Financial Modelling will be an added advantage

Experience in discounted cash flow valuation a plus

Shift timing 2:00pm to 11:00pm (hybrid model)

Bachelors degree required, CFA/CMA/CA/MBA (Finance) an advantage

Promote strategic financial insights and support our Consumer and Business Banking Finance team with sharp, forward looking analysis.
