Youll also help expand and improve a growing program that creates more accessible pathways into meaningful careers at JPMorganChase.

 

As a BeST Job Coach (Customized Supported Employment) within the Business Solutions Team, you will partner with colleagues and managers to deliver individualized, strengths-based coaching that strengthens job-task proficiency, establishes sustainable routines, and supports meaningful workplace connection. Youll contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team culture focused on thoughtful job design, structured onboarding, and ongoing development. Your work helps strengthen an inclusive workplace while supporting operational consistency as the program grows.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop individualized coaching and development plans using supported and customized employment practices
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group coaching focused on job-task proficiency, routines, confidence, and workplace interpersonal skills
  • Partner with colleagues to understand strengths and support needs and translate them into actionable growth plans
  • Collaborate with managers to clarify role expectations, remove barriers, and strengthen day-to-day performance
  • Coordinate with internal partners and, when applicable, external support providers to align goals and reinforce coaching strategies
  • Evolve coaching tools and practices by sharing lessons learned and helping standardize approaches across the program
  • Support program growth by contributing to new market launches and strengthening the overall support ecosystem
  • Document coaching plans, progress, and outcomes with discretion and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through written updates and presentations tailored to different audiences
  • Navigate difficult conversations professionally and constructively to drive positive outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience providing supported or customized employment services or vocational coaching, including on-the-job training, skills instruction, and workplace integration
  • Ability to create individualized coaching plans aligned to role requirements, strengths, and support needs
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to identify risks and issues, apply practical problem-solving, and escalate appropriately when needed
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with peers and senior stakeholders to drive decisions and outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, including creating clear written materials and delivering presentations to varied audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Commitment to disability inclusion and the ability to build trusted relationships that support strong outcomes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelors degree in social sciences or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Experience driving process discipline, quality, timeliness, and KPI-based management in structured, evolving environments
  • Familiarity with workplace accommodations and inclusive practices for visible and non-visible disabilities, including knowing when to involve the right partners
  • Relevant credential(s) related to vocational rehabilitation, job coaching, or employment supports
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills for maintaining coaching plans, progress tracking, and outcomes reporting
  • Understanding of operations fundamentals such as coaching, process design, quality control, metrics, and related practices
