Job Summary
As a PayOps Associate in the Bengaluru PayOps team, you will manage the processing and validation of US payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage US payroll processing and validate payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize Oracle HCM Payroll for payroll operations and troubleshooting.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.
  • Collaborate with US and Philippines teams to resolve payroll issues and drive best practices.
  • Support automation projects using Alteryx and Pega.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
  • Maintain payroll documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hold a bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
