- Drive day-to-day program governance: manage scope, milestones, dependencies, and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, decisions) across Agentic Commerce workstreamsBuild and maintain program artifacts and reporting (status decks, dashboards/scorecards, delivery plans, decision logs, action trackers) for stakeholders and leadershipSupport external ecosystem coordination (networks, wallets, platforms)Partner with Fraud, Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity of key decisions and milestones for the programPublish regular updates on key Agentic Commerce developments (market trends, partner announcements, emerging standards, and internal program milestones) through concise newsletters/status notes and stakeholder briefings to support alignment and timely decision-makingMonitor program goals and KPIs, flag gaps early, and support remediation planning and executionRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1+ years of experience in program/project management, business management, operations, or technology deliveryStrong execution and organizational skills: ability to manage trackers, synthesize status, and drive follow-ups across many stakeholdersDemonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for the evolving Agentic Commerce landscape, with a desire to stay close to emerging capabilities and translate new developments into practical implications for our platform roadmap and delivery plansAbility to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; comfortable preparing concise leadership updatesHigh attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a controlled environment with risk and governance partnersBachelors degree or equivalent work experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
