Asset Management (AM) Events Team and Private Bank (PB) Events Team partners with AM & PB Businesses to deliver consistent, high-touch, distinctive client experiences. Our events range from signature global events to small intimate programs, with a focus on new client acquisition, deepening relationships, increasing flows, whilst building our brand and adhering to global standards. Events specialists are located across the world combining a deep local knowledge of United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific with the insights of a global team.
As the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Team Events Digital Strategist, on the AM & PB Events Teams, you will partner with AWM Digital Marketing, and AWM Marketing Technology to manage our end-to-end events management platform technology, providing ongoing Events oversight. You will champion the teams requirements of the platform while becoming a subject matter expert on the events management application to assist with change management and team training and ongoing support. This role requires interaction with colleagues globally across AWM Events Team, Businesses, Marketing, Technology, and Senior Management. This position demands strong project management skills, Microsoft skills, communication skills, accuracy, long hours, and occasional travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage global capabilities roll-outs, including managing segmented pilots for usersManage capability requirements and platform technology configurations/processesCollaborate closely across the Firmwide Events Digital Strategist team to ensure best-practice and knowledge sharingPartner with Controls, Supervisory Management, Compliance and Legal partners to ensure proper controls and processes are being followed to maintain firmwide standardsWork collaboratively with partners in the firmwide events team, managing event templates within events management applicationPartner with Creative on creation of event collateral templates: design, language, functionalitySpearhead Events reporting capabilities maintaining existing reports and adding/updating reports when needed while ensuring all necessary inputs are captured and custom reports are generated to support Events needsMaintain training guides and provide platform subject matter expert support to support Event PlannersCollaborate on the firmwide events application strategy across lines of business to ensure alignment with Asset and Wealth Management needs.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Extensive experience in event and project management related activitiesMust think strategically and problem solve with the ability to offer creative solutionsMust be able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in high pressure environmentMust be able to manage budgets and negotiate with vendorsExcellent oral and written communications skills with ability to liaise with senior leadershipExcellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detailPositive attitude and flexibility to adapt as Business priorities shift and changeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPointPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Prior experience in financial services and multi-lingual capabilities are a plus
