As an Asset Servicing analyst within the Asset Servicing team, you manage all corporate and income-related events across asset classes, ensuring accurate collections, processing, and payment completion. You reconcile positions, process transactions, and resolve client queries, serving as a key point of contact for Middle Office and Client Service. You contribute to process improvements, peer reviews, and maintain flexibility to meet client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile positions, payments, and process transactions to client accounts.
- Perform routine and complex asset servicing tasks using subject matter expertise.
- Diagnose and resolve operational or technical issues within defined autonomy.
- Manage customer accounts, process payments, income, and taxes across events.
- Understand and apply asset servicing lifecycle principles.
- Serve as point of contact for internal communication with Middle Office and Client Service.
- Review peer work and offer suggestions for process improvements.
- Organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.
- Adapt to extended hours and shift work as business needs require.
- Collaborate with business partners and interact with staff at all levels.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Hold a bachelors degree in a business discipline.
- Bring 3 years of experience in financial services, custody asset servicing, fund services, markets, or securities lending.
- Demonstrate prior asset servicing, securities lending, or prime brokerage operational experience.
- Operate proficiently in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel (VLOOKUP), and Outlook.
- Work closely with business partners and interact with all staff levels.
- Organize and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
