As an Asset Management Client Services Professional within our Client Account Management team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities
•    Oversee and manage the entire client servicing lifecycle, including onboarding, day-to-day support, and offboarding for institutional clients investing in alternative strategies.
•    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on account status.
•    Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with investment guidelines and company policies, including KYC and tax refreshes.
•    Collaborate with internal teams such as Client Reporting, Operations, Investor Relations, and Fund Administrators to efficiently resolve client inquiries.
•    Implement a comprehensive tracking system to ensure all client queries are systematically logged, monitored, and addressed in a timely manner.
•    Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and manuals for client servicing and onboarding across various alternative strategies.
•    Develop and enforce clear protocols for escalating complex or unresolved queries to higher levels of expertise or management.
•    Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
•    Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience by improving response times through automation and process refinement.
•    Organize regular knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on the latest trends, products, and strategies in alternative investments.
•    Create and maintain an internal resource library with best practices to ensure superior Client Service delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
•    Graduate /post graduate with at least 6 years of experience in Asset Management/Asset Servicing in Client Services teams in custody/investment banking (client-facing roles).
•    Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial concepts confidently and intelligently.
•    Ability to develop strong client and internal relationships and a deep understanding of client servicing needs.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across business areas to achieve results.
•    Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret data.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
•    Proficiency and experience in automating processes using tools such as Alteryx.
•    Experience with programming languages like Python.
•    Experience in client servicing for alternative asset management.
•    Experience in developing SOPs and process documentation.
•    Experience in organizing training and knowledge-sharing sessions
