Job Summary

You enjoy turning complex business needs into clear, scalable analytics solutions that improve how teams make decisions. As an Analytics Solutions Manager Vice President within our Lending Product organization, you will lead the delivery of analytics and data products that power product strategy, operational excellence, and risk-informed growth. You will partner closely with product, technology, and risk stakeholders to define key metrics, build trusted datasets, and enable self-service insights. You bring a strong blend of hands-on technical depth and stakeholder leadership, ensuring solutions are scalable, well-governed, and measurable in impact.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Define and execute the analytics roadmap for lending products, aligning to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
  • Translate product and operational goals into well-defined metrics, reporting, and analytics requirements.
  • Lead design and architecture review of curated datasets (data products) that enable consistent KPIs across teams and channels.
  • Partner with product and technology teams to build and maintain reliable data pipelines, data quality controls, and observability.
  • Build scalable dashboards and executive-ready insights that drive action across product, sales, and operations.
  • Establish best practices for metric definitions, experimentation/measurement, and performance tracking.
  • Apply advanced analytics (segmentation, propensity, forecasting, optimization) to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure analytics solutions meet governance, privacy, and information security standards; document lineage and controls.
  • Influence cross-functional decisions through clear storytelling, trade-off framing, and strong executive presence.
  • Mentor analysts/engineers (directly or through matrix leadership) and raise the technical bar for deliverables.
  • Manage delivery from concept to launch, including stakeholder alignment, release readiness, and post-launch adoption.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • 7+ years of experience delivering analytics and data solutions in a product, technology, or financial services environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Java and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
  • Experience with RDMS Aurora Postgres, Oracle or Redshift and modern data platforms (data lake/warehouse concepts).
  • Experience with data modeling (dimensional/semantic layers), metric standardization, and KPI governance.
  • Proficiency with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) and executive dashboards.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems using APIs, events (Kafka), or batch ingestion patterns.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery practices: version control (Git), testing, documentation, and CI/CD concepts.
  • Ability to lead in a matrixed environmentdriving alignment across product, engineering, and control partners.
  • Excellent communication skills: you can explain technical topics to non-technical audiences and influence decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking with a bias toward measurable impact and delivery.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Experience in lending (origination, underwriting, servicing, portfolio management) and related performance metrics.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams, including setting standards for code, documentation, and analytics QA.
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
