As an Account Specialist in Collateral Operations, you will provide clients with access to the valuation portal, send out valuation statements, and ensure regulatory adherence for all upcoming regulations, cross-LOB metrics, and projects. You will help build a culture of continuous improvement, supporting business functions across Back Office, Middle Office, and global teams. You will interact with multiple Operations and Technology teams to deliver comprehensive business support.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide clients with access to the valuation portal and send out valuation statements.
  • Investigate and resolve breaks raised by clients within stipulated timelines.
  • Focus on deep diving and fixing upstream issues to minimize breaks, partnering with Middle Offices, Credit Risk, VCG, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence for all upcoming regulations and play a key role in compliance with CFTC, EMIR, NCMR, and other requirements.
  • Improve controls in processes and ensure complete accuracy and compliance with regulatory rules.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new processes and systems.
  • Support cross-LOB metrics and projects, collaborating effectively with global teams to drive business initiatives.
  • Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate with at least 2 years of experience in operations.
  • Familiarity with Capital Markets and OTC Derivatives, including investment banking products, processes, and systems.
  • Ability to drive results through a hands-on approach, operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, and prioritize individual and team work to achieve goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization.
  • Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Skilled in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Knowledge of CFTC, EMIR, and NCMR regulations.
  • Experience in OTC Confirmations, Collateral Management, and Client Valuation.
  • Flexibility to work during Asia and EMEA hours.
