As a Vice President Marketing Accessibility Specialist within the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) Digital Product team, you will champion accessibility across our marketing channels. You will work closely with stakeholders to embed accessibility best practices, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations. You will empower teams to deliver inclusive digital content and help shape our accessibility strategy. Your leadership will support our commitment to creating accessible experiences for all.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the accessibility implementation across AWM Marketing deliverables (web/digital, documents and email).
  • Drive the approach to embed accessibility throughout the product lifecycle, including content owners, marketers, designers and development teams.
  • Manage accessibility issue resolution end-to-end, applying business context to assess severity and drive prioritization.
  • Coach and enable stakeholders through training and standards to improve accessible authoring and reduce rework.
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities to improve scale, consistency, and speed of conformance validation.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, checklists, templates, and guidance tailored to email, documents, and digital outputs.
  • Monitor regulatory and firmwide standard changes and ensure governance, controls, and processes remain current.
  • Represent AWM Marketing at the firmwide governance forum, and work with other accessibility Line of Business partners to help drive accessibility for digital across the firm.
     

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Extensive experience in accessibility, digital governance, or accessibility compliance/implementation roles (or equivalent experience).
  • Deep knowledge of WCAG requirements and ability to translate standards into testable, measurable controls.
  • Expert knowledge of ADA and demonstrated ability to apply it in practical implementation contexts.
  • Understanding of the EAA regulation and its relevance for global organizations.
  • Familiarity with accessibility testing approaches (automated and manual) and assistive technology validation.
  • Experience preparing Impact Assessments and governing Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Executive-ready communication skills and comfort operating in governance forums.
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, and comfortable challenging the status quo to build a future-ready operating model.
  • Strong program execution, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Risk-aware, outcomes-focused, and able to translate standards into practical delivery expectations.
