Job Summary:

As a Summer Analyst in the Global Investment Banking Analyst Program within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will join a collaborative, supportive team where your diverse perspective will help us innovate the next wave of products and solutions for our clients. You will receive training, mentoring from senior leaders, and engage in projects that utilize all your skills. Our nine-week program begins with five days of orientation and training, providing you with technical and practical skills.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Analyzing market data, building detailed financial models and preparing client presentations for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital markets advisory 
• Participating in client merger and acquisitions and capital markets transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of our senior leaders 
• Coming up with innovative and creative ways to solve complex, real-world business challenges
• Learning how we help clients and communities grow
• Sharpening your corporate finance technical skills 
• Building your professional network with mentors, senior executives and others

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Expected graduation date on or after September 2027 and no later than July 2028 from a Bachelor's or Master's program

 

• If pursuing a Masters Degree, it must be completed within 2 years of receiving your Bachelors Degree 

 

Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills:
 

• Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment
• Being adaptable, flexible and resilient
• Knowing your way around Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Coursework in finance or economics a plus

Our Singapore-based team covers key Asian markets, including China, India, Thailand, and Indonesia, supporting both client management and business development efforts. Fluency in Mandarin, Hindi, Thai, and Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.

This program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking. As it is a pipeline for future graduate opportunities, based on individual performance and achievements, those who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full-time employment with the firm. Holding the permanent right to work in Singapore is an advantage, however, candidates requiring visa sponsorship may still apply.
