Land Transactions Consultant

Primary responsibilities include establishing contact with property owners, negotiating land acquisitions, analyzing properties for industrial purposes, seeking solutions for complex property acquisition challenges, obtaining necessary documentation, and coordinating legal and administrative processes with local authorities.

Required experience includes minimum 2 years in similar roles, expertise in property investment acquisition, comprehensive understanding of legal and ownership aspects of property transactions, knowledge of Poznan and Szczecin market regions, advanced negotiation skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication capabilities.
