Primary responsibilities include leading a small team of 3-5 people as a shift leader, performing cross-trade technical work in building operations within a pharmaceutical setting. The role involves conducting independent rounds, operating building technical systems, participating in various shifts (early, late, day, and night), and coordinating maintenance and repair work by external contractors.

The ideal candidate should have a completed vocational training in electrical engineering with approximately 10 years of professional experience. Extensive knowledge of current regulations, standards, and norms is crucial. The role requires strong independent work capabilities, organizational talent, service orientation, team skills, and a sense of responsibility.
