BMS Technician (m/f/d)

Primary responsibilities include strategic planning and implementation of new control systems, expanding Siemens Analytics usage, coordinating expansion activities, initiating process improvements, supporting facility management systems, and developing technical solutions for building management systems.

Required experience includes 10+ years in building management controls systems, expertise in BMS control strategies, proactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, computer systems, HVAC, and piping/plumbing domains. Candidate must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership in preventive maintenance programs, and comprehensive understanding of environmental standards and procedures.
