Role
Delivering highly effective, professional, and efficient administration and secretarial support to the Fixed Income Division and the Equities Division in Frankfurt and remote support to the Fixed income Teams in Cyprus, Madrid, Milan, Portugal, and Zurich.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive Diary Management (Internal Meetings and External Client Meetings) including room booking, conference calls, VC and circulating papers for regular calls
- Acting as Gate Keeper for Senior MD diaries demonstrating initiative, proactively ensuring effective use of time
- Booking international business travel, including flights, transfers and accommodation as well as arranging visas
- Fostering key relationships with staff throughout the Firm
- Preparing and processing high volumes of expense reports through Concur ensuring adherence to Firm Policy liaising with teams to ensure that all paperwork and supporting documents are available for processing
- Maintaining Jefferies’ CRM system
- Organisation of team functions as and when needed
- Work as part of a buddy group supporting other assistants in London and European Fixed Income offices
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of workload
- Ad-hoc projects and administrative duties as required
Requirements:

- Be a quick learner with the ability to learn about our business and our relevant policies and procedures
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships

- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Teams
