Responsibilities: 

• Support APAC flow swap business for our hedge fund or institutional clients
• Responsible to ensure the post trade life cycle management of swap business are managed timely including trade capture, reconciliation, reset settlement
• Understand Traiana matching platform for swap activities with hedge fund clients
• Have a strong sense to booking flow and control protocol across various trade capture platforms 
• Look for ideas to improve and stabilize the swap platform and drive for the deliveries
• Look for opportunities to improve the operation workflow and enhance the client experience
• Have good understanding to Corporate Action to swap and delta one business
• Good communication skill and able to work with global partners 
• Pay attention to details
