Job description
Jane Street seeks an experienced recruiter to find and hire outstanding technology interns. The ideal candidate will manage recruiting pipelines, source top talent, and help improve recruitment strategies for technology teams.
Primary responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, facilitating interviews, sourcing potential candidates, maintaining applicant tracking systems, updating data reporting tools, and assisting with recruitment events and internship programs.
Required experience includes 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in university tech recruiting, with strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication capabilities. Candidates should be self-starters who can prioritize tasks, understand the candidate landscape, and adapt quickly to dynamic recruiting environments.
