Job Description

This position will be a part of the Audit & Risk Squad within the LCAR (Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk) Technology team. The Squad is made of experienced ServiceNow developers, configuration specialists and business analysts.

Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in building and customizing dashboards, reporting, and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to deliver actionable insights through Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), performance metrics, and other critical data points. This role requires strong technical proficiency, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow dashboards, widgets, and reporting solutions. Implement advanced analytics capabilities to track KRIs, KPIs, and other operational metrics. Create intuitive visualizations and data models for risk and performance monitoring.

  • Data Integration & Management:
    Integrate ServiceNow with external data sources for comprehensive reporting. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting modules.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow reporting and analytics.

  • Performance Optimization:
    Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability for large datasets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reporting and analytics components.
