About the Role:

The Americas Product Business Manager plays a critical role in enabling the success of the Americas Product platform by ensuring efficient, consistent, and strategically aligned coordination across key Product, Investment, Distribution, and key functional partners. This role supports execution of Americas Product business strategy and strengthens connectivity across stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Coordinate and centrally manage the Americas product pipeline across asset class and client channel

  • Develop management reporting related to product pipeline in coordination with product governance and related product committees

  • Manage internal communications on behalf of Americas product team; elevate Americas product team internal presence regarding key initiatives and product updates

  • Prepare and manage presentations to Fund Board, IVZ Board and other management committees. Collaborate across Americas product team and functional partners to execute

  • Manage KPIs across Americas product team and ensure alignment with Americas product business strategy, including Financials

  • Manage agenda and content for Americas leadership team meetings, monthly all-hands meetings and other town hall forums

  • Support Americas Product leadership team with cross functional projects and tasks, including Client Portfolio Management and Product roles & responsibilities globally

  • Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with all Global Product Key Operating Documents, Policies and Procedures

  • Support bottom up build of future years Americas product pipeline to support annual strategic planning process

  • Support oversight of seed and co-investment capital for Americas Product

  • Organizational Support and oversight for the following functions specific to Americas Product

    • Project Management and Tracking

    • Business Continuity Management

    • OGSM Coordination & Tracking

    • Business Process Design and Improvement

    • Portfolio Manager departure management

    • Regional Input into organizational goals such as OGSMs

    • Townhall run of show, talking points and materials

  • Financial impacts revenue sharing, fee holidays, exception pricing

  • Ownership over weekly status reports such as Product Pipeline

  • Review and support for business cases pertaining to product initiatives

  • Business Communication support for the Product Executive Leadership

  • Ad-hoc Projects

Requirements of the Role:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or related discipline required

  • MBA and/or CFA preferred

  • Minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experience in technical and leadership roles in financial services, with an established record of accomplishments and business results

  • Bachelor degree required, Masters degree in a related field preferred

  • Strong understanding of asset management industry and private markets

  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills combined with strong principles of good conduct and ethical behavior

  • The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both written and verbally including distilling complex topics into clear/articulate pros, cons, recommendations

  • Flexibility and willingness to lead a broad range of functions, projects and tasks

  • Proactive mindset with a natural ability to identify opportunities to make impactful efficiency gains

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

  • One-team mindset

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in Downers Grove and New York City is $120,000 to $155,000 annually.
