Full Job Description
Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:
Buscamos un/a gestor/a comercial temporal a jornada completa para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Oficinas en Santander a jornada completa en horario de lunes a jueves de 9:00 a 14:00 h y 16:00 a 18:00h / viernes de 09:00 a 15:00 h.
La misin de este equipo es gestionar las interacciones de los clientes en la oficina durante su visita para cumplir con la estrategia marcada por el banco y el canal, satisfacer sus necesidades operativas o comerciales, proporcionando una sobresaliente experiencia de cliente y garantizando que la atencin se realice conforme a los parmetros establecidos.
Tus principales responsabilidades:
Como gestor/a comercial, tus funciones sern:
1. Informar a los clientes o prospectos de nuestra oferta de productos con el fin de que stos elijan los que ms se adapten a sus necesidades financieras. Buscar proactivamente oportunidades de venta cruzada basadas en dichas necesidades. Cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales fijados (Accin comercial).
2. Dar solucin a los problemas planteados u operaciones demandadas de la manera ms eficaz y satisfactoria buscando siempre altos estndares en experiencia de Cliente.
3. Ejecutar aquellas operaciones o acciones requeridas por el cliente conforme a los procedimientos existentes, normas de auditora interna y seguridad (Ejecucin de Procedimientos y Operativa).
4. Demostrar conocimientos en productos y campaas del banco, as como del mercado y competencia. Conocer el funcionamiento y operativa de otros canales del banco con los que se tenga relacin directa (Conocimientos y Formacin).
5. Compartir con su responsable, y el canal, toda informacin relevante de clientes o procesos que pueda recabar durante la realizacin de su trabajo de atencin a clientes para ayudar a mejorar al banco.

- Valorable: Licenciado/Grado/Diplomado/Mdulo/ (Derecho, Economa, ADE, etc) + Certificacin oficial MIFID II + Certificado LCI + Certificacin en Seguros.
- Experiencia mnima de 6 meses en Atencin al cliente en el sector bancario y de prestacin de servicios para el asesoramiento financiero.
- Operativa bancaria, productos financieros y tcnicas de venta
