About the Role

Procurement Management is a critical discipline within the organization, ensuring that ING Hubs Trkiye achieves the best value for money when procuring goods and services. It represents a well-established, comprehensive, and market-leading approach aligned with the organizations strategic objectives, enabling cost-effective, innovative, and efficient sourcing decisions.

In this role, you will join a newly established, high-performing organization. Reporting directly to theCFO, you will have the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and drive tangible results across procurement activities.

What Youll Do

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and category strategies, translating business needs into effective vendor and sourcing plans.
  • Manage strategic suppliers and contracts, including negotiations, renewals, and ensuring value delivery.
  • Design and execute sourcing processes (RFX, supplier selection, onboarding), ensuring compliance with regulatory and third-party risk requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders, partnering on strategic initiatives and supplier segmentation.
  • Monitor supplier performance, drive continuous improvement, and mitigate risks in vendor relationships.
  • Lead complex procurement projects and global initiatives, advising senior stakeholders on strategic decisions.
  • Ensure effective procurement operations, including contract lifecycle management, vendor master data, and reporting.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments to balance cost, risk, and flexibility, while avoiding vendor lock-in.

What You Bring:

  • 710 years of strategic procurement experience in an international organization (preferably within the financial services sector).
  • Strong analytical capabilities to gather, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights, enabling optimization of category strategies and identification of growth opportunities.
  • Solid experience in stakeholder management, including working with global and offshore teams, supported by strong project management skills.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) with the ability to communicate effectively across global stakeholders.
  • Advanced negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good understanding of regulatory, compliance, and legal aspects of procurement within financial institutions, including contractual and commercial developments.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute best-in-class sourcing strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems, procurement reporting (quarterly/yearly), and managing global procurement controls.
  • Agile, self-driven, and committed to driving sustainable procurement practices.
