At ING we are looking for a Non-Financial Risk Specialist
Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Non-Financial Risk Specialist to join our Non-Financial Risk Team of ING Spain.
In the role of NFR Specialist, you will hierarchically report to the Head of NFR.
ING is restructuring its processes, controls, and infrastructure to transform itself into a Digital Bank with the goal of end-to-end straight through processing. Non-Financial Risk Management uses sound principles of risk management to ensure that everything related to operational risk is within the risk appetite of the Bank, maintaining the control environment at an acceptable level following a risk-based approach (proportionate to its value and criticality).
The NFR team performs oversight over the global NFR policies and best practice implementation within ING Spain and provides advice and challenge the risk/control owners on effectiveness of risk identification and mitigation. The team is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the ING Spain adherence to the NFR risk appetite and produces quarterly Non financial risk dashboard (NFRD) report.

Your key responsibilities:
As NFR Specialist, your role is to:
Be a trusted NFR advisor towards IT and Business management.
Support, challenge and monitor NFR risk management processes and quality.
Participate in and challenge risk assessments on key strategic projects and programs.
Support the Business and IT management on issue identification, risk rating assessment, action definition and follow up until issue solving.
Contribute to the development, maintenance and roll out the NFR Frameworks, Policies, Minimum Standards and Procedures.
Perform Quality Assurance or deep dive reviews as part of second line monitoring.
Identify external / internal developments, initiatives, and threats. Translate these proactively into the risk strategy.
Monitor the design and effectiveness of controls.
Contribute to the identification of the impact of and the coordination of responses to law and regulatory changes, ECB reports, etc. and monitors the follow-up of the regulatory issue solving.
Support the Head of NFR with research, assessing the risk profile of organization and reporting to Senior Management.
Generate awareness related to risk management, within the Organization.
Develop and maintain training modules and train the IT / business community.

Experience as NFR with approx. minimum 5 years
University Degree or equivalent
Professional education and multiple international certifications for risk management.
Insight of digital banking, related processes, IT applications and regulations. We are looking for a colleague with specific experience in Business banking.
Experience on End-to-End processes analysis to identify and assess NFR risks, including root causes analysis.
Expertise on testing methodologies.
Collaboration skills and ability to work across functions and countries.
Sound risk criteria: ability to be firm when needed and show flexibility when possible
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

En el rol de Especialista en NFR, reportars jerrquicamente a la Head of NFR.
ING est reestructurando sus procesos, controles e infraestructuras para transformarse en un Banco Digital, con el objetivo de lograr un procesamiento de extremo a extremo (straight through processing). La Gestin del Riesgo No Financiero utiliza principios slidos de gestin de riesgos para garantizar que todo lo relacionado con el riesgo operativo se mantenga dentro del apetito de riesgo del Banco, manteniendo el entorno de control en un nivel aceptable mediante un enfoque basado en riesgos (proporcionado a su valor y criticidad).
El equipo de NFR realiza funciones de supervisin sobre la aplicacin de las polticas globales de NFR y de las mejores prcticas dentro de ING Espaa, y proporciona asesoramiento y challenge a las personas responsables de riesgos y controles sobre la eficacia de la identificacin y mitigacin de riesgos. Tus principales responsabilidades:
Como Especialista en NFR, tu rol ser:
Actuar como asesor/a de confianza en NFR para la gestin de IT y del negocio.
Apoyar, challenge y monitorizar los procesos de gestin del riesgo NFR y su calidad.
Participar y aportar challenge en las evaluaciones de riesgos de proyectos y programas estratgicos clave.
Apoyar a la gestin del negocio y de IT en la identificacin de incidencias, evaluacin del nivel de riesgo, definicin de acciones y seguimiento hasta su resolucin.
Contribuir al desarrollo, mantenimiento y despliegue de los marcos de NFR, polticas, estndares mnimos y procedimientos.
Realizar revisiones de Quality Assurance o anlisis en profundidad (deep dives) como parte del monitoreo de segunda lnea.
Identificar desarrollos, iniciativas y amenazas externas e internas, y traducirlos de forma proactiva en la estrategia de riesgos.
Monitorizar el diseo y la eficacia de los controles.
Contribuir a la identificacin del impacto y a la coordinacin de las respuestas ante cambios legales y regulatorios, informes del BCE, etc., y monitorizar el seguimiento de la resolucin de cuestiones regulatorias.
Apoyar a la Head of NFR mediante investigacin, evaluacin del perfil de riesgo de la organizacin y reporting a la Alta Direccin.
Generar concienciacin sobre la gestin de riesgos dentro de la Organizacin.
Desarrollar y mantener mdulos de formacin y formar a la comunidad de IT y negocio.
Qu estamos buscando?

Experiencia como NFR de aproximadamente un mnimo de 5 aos.
Titulacin universitaria o equivalente.
Formacin profesional y mltiples certificaciones internacionales en gestin de riesgos.
Conocimiento de la banca digital, procesos relacionados, aplicaciones IT y regulacin. Buscamos una persona con experiencia especfica en Business Banking.
Experiencia en el anlisis de procesos End-to-End para identificar y evaluar riesgos NFR, incluyendo anlisis de causas raz.
Experiencia en metodologas de testing.
Habilidades de colaboracin y capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal entre funciones y pases.
Criterio slido en riesgos: capacidad para ser firme cuando es necesario y flexible cuando es posible.
Excelentes capacidades analticas.
Nivel fluido de ingls (oral y escrito).
