What youll do
- Execute the design, build, testing and delivery of marketing and compliance communications (email and SMS) to ING customers using the newly implemented Customer Engagement Platform (Marigold Engage+) and related tools
- Develop and optimise templates and reusable components to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, Marketing Experts and Target Marketing Analysts to ensure fast delivery of campaigns and contribute to better business outcomes
- Act as the quality guardian for all communications, ensuring accuracy, compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, automation, and quality.
- Advise on best practices and support adoption of newly introduced marketing technology
What were looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience with Customer Engagement platforms (e.g. Marigold, SFMC, Adobe, Braze, Pardot, or Marketo), including template design and build
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- Excellent problem-solving, lateral thinking, and interpretive skills
- Proficiency in efficient project planning and execution for deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively
- Capable of self-management and taking initiative
