Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic KYC Ops. CDD and Screening Lead to join our Financial Crime Prevention Operations Team of FCP Tribe

The responsibility of this team is to ensure all customer due diligence measures are met during the different CDD events (onboarding, CDD review, etc.), aligned with local and global standards and our way of working requires skills in process monitoring and reporting, teamwork, attention to detail, data mindset, accountability and proactivity.

Your key responsibilities:

As aKYC Ops. CDD and Screening Leadyou will manage together with your Team:

- Customer Due Diligence: Be responsible forconducting thorough due diligence on new and existing customers to ensure completeness and consistency of customer knowledge.

- Monitoring: Design, establish and oversee effective monitoring framework to ensure proper process performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Reporting: Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

- Projects: Engage in end-to-end projects, encompassing functional process design and testing, while effectively balancing efficiency, risk management and strong focus on customer experience.

- Results-oriented: Positively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

- Team: Ensure a positive and collaborative work environment, driving the professional growth of team members by managing current and future skill sets, fostering the acquisition of new capabilities, and promoting the adoption of emerging technologies (including AI) to maximize efficiency and productivity.

- Experience:

- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role with

-Proven expertise in projects, monitoring, and reporting along with CDD knowledge.

- KYC-CDD Know-How: Deep understanding of Customer Due Diligence regulation and practices.

- Education: University Degree.

- Language skills: Fluency in English & Spanish, both spoken and written.

- Team player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels, with great communication skills, building solid and productive working relationships.

- Data Mindset: Strong analytical skills and data fluency, particularly with Excel and SQL. Experience with BI apps would be highly valued.

- Problem-solver: Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to tackle complex issues.

- Organization & Resilience: Robust planning, organizational, prioritization and time management skills, maintaining resilience and adaptability to address arising needs.

- Results orientation:Exhibit a can do attitude with focus on achieving set goals, managing complexity and thriving in dynamic environments.

Tus responsabilidades clave

Como KYC Ops. CDD and Screening Lead, gestionars junto con tu equipo:

Customer Due Diligence: Ser responsable de realizar due diligence exhaustiva sobre clientela nueva y existente para garantizar la completitud y consistencia del conocimiento del cliente.

Monitoring: Disear, establecer y supervisar un monitoring framework eficaz que asegure el correcto desempeo de los procesos e identifique reas de mejora.

Reporting: Disear e implementar informes y dashboards completos que ofrezcan insights accionables y faciliten la toma de decisiones.

Projects: Participar en projects endtoend, abarcando diseo funcional de procesos y testing, equilibrando de forma efectiva eficiencia, gestin del riesgo y un fuerte foco en la experiencia de cliente.

Orientacin a resultados: Contribuir de forma positiva al logro de los objetivos del rea, impulsando una cultura de trabajo en equipo y mejora continua.

Equipo: Asegurar un entorno de trabajo positivo y colaborativo, impulsando el crecimiento profesional de las personas del equipo mediante la gestin de capacidades actuales y futuras, fomentando la adquisicin de nuevas competencias y promoviendo la adopcin de tecnologas emergentes (incluida AI) para maximizar la eficiencia y la productividad.

Experiencia:

5+ aos de experiencia profesional en un rol similar.

Experiencia demostrable en projects, monitoring y reporting, junto con conocimiento de CDD.

KYCCDD KnowHow: Entendimiento profundo de la regulacin y las prcticas de Customer Due Diligence.

Formacin: Titulacin universitaria.

Idiomas: Fluidez en ingls y espaol, tanto hablado como escrito.

Trabajo en equipo: Capacidad para colaborar con equipos crossfunctional y con stakeholders a todos los niveles, con excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y construccin de relaciones de trabajo slidas y productivas.

Mentalidad data: Slidas habilidades analticas y fluidez con datos, particularmente con Excel y SQL. Se valorar mucho la experiencia con BI apps.

Resolucin de problemas: Capacidades avanzadas de anlisis y problemsolving, con habilidad para abordar cuestiones complejas.

Organizacin y resiliencia: Fuertes habilidades de planificacin, organizacin, priorizacin y gestin del tiempo, manteniendo resiliencia y adaptabilidad para atender necesidades emergentes.

Orientacin a resultados: Actitud can do, con foco en alcanzar los objetivos definidos, gestionando la complejidad y desenvolvindote en entornos dinmicos.
