ING International Talent Programme

Are you a young, ambitious graduate? Do you want to develop your project management potential?

ING Hubs Poland offers you the opportunity to make the most of your talent through an internship within the Operations and Change Center of Excellence: The International Talent Program (ITP). During the traineeship, ING will invest in your future now to develop the experts and leaders of tomorrow.

The ITP is a two-year journey. It starts in October 2026 with three rotations, one of which may be abroad, if circumstances allow. After these three rotations, you will start your permanent role.

What makes this traineeship awesome:

This is a comprehensive programme that provides talented graduates with the knowledge, skills and on-the-job experience to become INGs future leaders. We offer you the chance to shape your own ideas about banking in a receptive environment.

The program is truly international with over 100 trainees in 14 different countries. For each year of the programme there will be a global event designed as a bootcamp to develop your personal skill in the process.

We are looking for you, if you:

  • have a university degree

  • are fluent in English (C1)

  • have a maximum 2 years of work experience outside your studies

  • have basic hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines (from studies, internships, or personal projects)

  • are comfortable with working in a Linux environment

  • have basic scripting or programming skills

  • want to work in an international environment

  • are able to build relationships with business partners and are not afraid to make decisions

Additionally, you will score for:

  • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)

  • Basic knowledge of databases

  • Exposure to infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm)

  • International experience

  • Leadership activities (charity, leading a group, active in any organization such as AIESEC)

What we offer:

  • Global events. Access to yearly 2-3 weeks global events with other ING International Talent Programme talents from all around the world (you will mainly be in Warsaw and/or Katowice) in the first 18 months).

  • Job rotations. Insights in various business units during the first 18 months and work abroad into one of our ING countries for 3 - 6 months.

  • International onboarding. Following your local onboarding introduction, you will fly to our headquarters in Amsterdam for a one week-long international onboarding event.

  • Trainings & learning experiences in different business lines to boost your knowledge and skill set.

  • Mentoring. Experienced ING executives will support your personal and professional development through regular feedback and coaching.

The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be ITP Trainee I.
