Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Investment Content Strategy Expert to join our Content Strategy  Team of Investments & Affluents Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to transform complex economic, market and investment products insights into clear, engaging and impact content that helps clients make informed financial decisions and advisors to be informed enough for guiding them 

Your key responsibilities:

As an Investment content strategy Expert, you will:

• Design and coordinate the creation of non-commercial investment content to clients and other stakeholders, covering a wide range of topics, from explaining the macroeconomic context and what goes on in the financial markets, to showing how to better manage personal finances or explaining how different products work. Both for retail and private banking clients.
• Co-create or edit the materials (videos, articles, notes, audios) that will reach our clients, ensuring the language remains clear and didactic. Align with the appropriate teams to have them edited and delivered to clients. Maintain a structured repository of all generated content.
• Collaborate closely with international teams (the Investment offices in The Netherlands and Belgium, mainly), participating in meetings and checking their content (to translate it if found useful).
• Keep track of all generated content, analyse the results of each action and evaluate potential improvements.
• Develop a good relationship with all the internal stakeholders: affluent advisors and other human channels, product strategy, marketing, customer interactions, digital, compliance, legal.
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Track the performance of each content piece and monitor engagement metrics across channels.

What are we looking for?

- Deep knowledge of economics trends, financial markets, and investment products.

 - 3+ years of experience in investment / macro analysis, or financial content creation

- Spanish as a native tongue and full fluency in English (spoken and written, minimum C1).

- Excellent communication skills and pedagogical ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way, promoting investment discipline, diversification, and calm in the face of volatility.

- Ability to work in dynamic and collaborative team environments.

- Client-oriented mindset and flexibility to adapt to new products, processes, and international contexts.

- Critical and proactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Additional Assets

Previous experience in international environments.

Up-to-date knowledge of relevant market topics: artificial intelligence, energy, cryptocurrencies, among others.

Experience using content management systems is appreciated

Experience in dealing with media is a plus

Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa y entusiasta para el puesto de Investment Content Strategy Expert que se una a nuestro equipo de Content Strategy dentro de la Investments & Affluents Tribe.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es transformar informacin compleja sobre economa, mercados financieros y productos de inversin en contenido claro, atractivo e impactante que ayude a las personas clientas a tomar decisiones financieras informadas y permita a las personas asesoras disponer de la informacin necesaria para guiarles.

Tus responsabilidades claves:

Como Investment content strategy Expert, t:

Disears y coordinars la creacin de contenido de inversin no comercial dirigido a personas clientas y otros grupos de inters, abarcando una amplia variedad de temas: desde explicar el contexto macroeconmico y lo que ocurre en los mercados financieros, hasta mostrar cmo gestionar mejor las finanzas personales o explicar cmo funcionan distintos productos. Tanto para clientes/as de banca retail como de banca privada.
Co-crears o editars los materiales (vdeos, artculos, notas, audios) que llegarn a nuestras personas clientas, asegurndote de que el lenguaje se mantenga claro y didctico. Te coordinars con los equipos adecuados para editarlos y hacerlos llegar. Mantendrs un repositorio estructurado de todo el contenido generado.
Colaborars estrechamente con equipos internacionales (principalmente los Investment Offices de Pases Bajos y Blgica), participando en reuniones y revisando su contenido (para traducirlo si se considera til).
Hars seguimiento de todo el contenido generado, analizars los resultados de cada accin y evaluars posibles mejoras.
Desarrollars una buena relacin con todas las personas stakeholders internas: affluent advisors y otros canales humanos, estrategia de producto, marketing, interaccin con clientes, digital, compliance, legal.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Realizars el seguimiento del rendimiento de cada pieza de contenido y monitorizars las mtricas de engagement en los distintos canales.

Qu estamos buscando?

• Conocimiento profundo de las tendencias econmicas, los mercados financieros y los productos de inversin.
• Ms de 3 aos de experiencia en anlisis de inversin / macroeconmico o creacin de contenido financiero.
• Espaol como lengua materna y dominio completo del ingls (hablado y escrito, mnimo C1).
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin y capacidad pedaggica para explicar conceptos complejos de manera sencilla, promoviendo la disciplina de inversin, la diversificacin y la calma ante la volatilidad.
• Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de equipo dinmicos y colaborativos.
• Mentalidad orientada a las personas clientas y flexibilidad para adaptarse a nuevos productos, procesos y contextos internacionales.
• Mentalidad crtica y proactiva, con foco en la mejora continua.

Activos adicionales

Experiencia previa en entornos internacionales.
Conocimiento actualizado de temas relevantes del mercado: inteligencia artificial, energa, criptomonedas, entre otros.
Se valorar la experiencia utilizando content management systems.
Experiencia gestionando relaciones con medios de comunicacin es un plus.
