Key (personal) development opportunities:

  • Transaction driven, dynamic and energetic environment;
  • Steep learning curve;
  • Becoming familiar with key databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factset, etc.);

  • Tracking the markets, preparing presentations, in addition to conducting industry, sector and company research;
  • General origination support during the creating of client pitches;
  • Assistance in the execution of mandated transactions;
  • Keeping databases up-to-date; and
  • Deal administration for global ECM deals.

Equity Capital Markets transactions are complex and demanding, therefore joining our team will give you a head start in your future career!

Who are we looking for?

Since you will immediately operate as a member of the ECM team, we expect:

  • High energy level;
  • Team player;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good time management skills; and
  • Proficient in English.
