ING Luxembourg recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Commercial(e) au dpartement Private Banking pour un stage conventionn d'une dure minimum de 6 mois compter de juin.
LAssistant Commercial Private Banking accompagne les banquiers privs dans la gestion quotidienne de leur portefeuille clients, en assurant un soutien oprationnel, administratif, relationnel et organisationnel, afin de crer une exprience client premium.
Vos missions
- Dcouvrir lactivit de la banque prive en assistant les banquiers privs dans le suivi oprationnel dun portefeuille de clients fort enjeu patrimonial.
- Contribuer la gestion administrative des dossiers clients et aux contrles lis aux oprations.
- tre impliqu(e) dans le traitement doprations bancaires en collaboration avec les quipes internes spcialises.
- Mettre jour les informations clients avec les outils internes.
- Accueillir et orienter les clients (tlphone, email, etc.)
Votre profil
Formation et exprience:
- Formation niveau Bac +3 orientation conomique, financire ou commerciale
- Une premire exprience en Banque sera considre comme un atout
Comptences :
Sens du service client et de la confidentialit.
Discrtion.
Organisation, rigueur et gestion des priorits.
Excellentes capacits de communication crite et orale.
Esprit dquipe et sens de la collaboration.
Connaissances bancaires gnrales dans le Private Banking
Langues
Connaissance orale et crite du franais et de langlais indispensable
La matrise de toute autre langue sera considre comme un atout, plus spcifiquement le nerlandais
